Anyway, this post is actually about T-Man, who has picked up a horrible little habit of being sassy. Ahh, the joys of parenthood!
Yesterday, he was sent to his room for some rudeness--which of course started a new round of rudeness. He was NOT happy about getting a time out, and wanted to make sure I knew it. Ugh.
Later, when we had both calmed down, I talked to him and we worked it all out and life was good again.
Until T-Man said our family prayer last night.
And I quote:
"Please bless mommy that she will be nice....not like she was today."

Oh my goodness, you're T-man and my little boy Ethan must be kindred spirits...the things that come out of his mouth are AMAZING to me! Such a cute story though. My little girl Emily will be 1 in about a month so I can't wait to see the pics you get, it will give me something to look forward to when Emily turns 1!
Oh no! Did you bust up laughing at that? It's so hard not to laugh when they say something so innocent. I've had plenty of experience with my 9 and 12 year old daughters.
Fun blog, btw! Come visit mine at www.deliciousaspie.blogspot.com when you have a sec!
Oh no! I get the mean mommy routine quite a bit, but don't remember ever being included in a prayer to the Creator...
Happy Birthday to Miss B!
Alexander likes to pray, "Please help mommy/daddy like me because he/she doesn't like me" when he is upset. I have no idea what to do...
Oh man, oh man....
Happy birthday to Miss B
A good friend of mine says that if you don't get called a mean mom every now and then, you're not doing your job! I hope you can be nicer! :)
Oh that has to be the funniest thing I have heard all day, no doubt! And I am excited to see Miss B's birthday pictures! Hope it is great!
