Good news

Just a quick post before I'm off to bed. Yesterday at the pediatrician, Miss Banana weighed 9lbs 13oz, which still isn't a lot, but enough that the doc said we can let her sleep at night and just feed her when she wakes up on her own! So last night, she went to bed around 11:30, woke up at 4 to eat, and then didn't wake up again until about 8:30 this morning. It was SOO nice to get more than 1 1/2 hours of sleep at a time.

And, in even bigger news, Miss Banana smiled at me for the first time today!! It was super cute, but only happened once and way to fast to get out the camera. I'll have to try again tomorrow. I did take some pictures tonight--she's just too cute! Plus, I love her little outfit for today--I think I'm starting to get into this dressing a girl thing--there are just so many cute options it's hard to chose. I'll admit that I have changed her outfit half way through the day just so I can try out some other cute clothes on her!

She was totally absorbed in watching Daddy in this one.
