Recovery Area

We were able to visit Carrie in the recovery area, and she seems to be doing fine! She was awake and moving all fingers and toes. The nurse mentioned she was a little weak on her left side when she woke up, but she already seemed to be regaining strength on that side. So that's great! Another, HUGE sigh of relief!! Next she will be moved to ICU for at least overnight. From there she will be moved to a regular hospital room. The ICU is packed right now, so it may be a bit before they can move her from recovery to ICU.
