We were at occupational and physical therapy this morning and they were making her work hard. She started complaining about it a bit, so I calmed her down and set her back on the floor to play some more. She was distracted by the toys for a moment, but then she turned to me, put her arms up and very clearly said "Momma!" (As in "Save me, Momma! Save me from these ladies that make me kneel and play with toys!")
I have three witnesses (OT, PT and an observing nursing student), so this isn't just a made-up mommy hope, I promise!
T-Man's first word? Cup.
Fearless' first word? Ball.
Miss Banana's first word? Momma.
That's my girl!
