That's great that you have a treadmill do you usually do your shorter runs on that and do long runs outside when daddy is home with the kiddos?<br /><br />and it's so true that having a training plan/upcoming race helps you to be motivated and do the running. I tried to do a half but couldn't make it at the time. My body wouldn't go. I still love to watch people run and who know's maybe I will join you one day on your goal. Do you love the runners high?
